I’d like to share a TED video featuring a presentation by William Ury titled, The Walk from “no” to “yes.”  It begins with a wonderfully entertaining story, and while Ury speaks largely to conflict resolution, it’s application to strategic thinking, planning, and doing, which I covered in my last post, is quite apparent as he describes the “view from the balcony.”  Enjoy!
